Why order online?
Postage, Packing and Insurance
Your parcel should be with you within 7 working days. Out of stock items may occasionally take up to 28 days, but we will always contact you and let you know. Postage, packing and insurance is £5.50 covering each mainland U.K. address.
Should you require your order urgently and wish to ensure that it is delivered in less than 7 working days, please choose one of the express delivery services below.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery on certain furniture items (stated in the product description).
We can ship to most overseas destinations. For non-mainland U.K. deliveries, consisting of deliveries to
Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland, we charge a £4.00 handling fee, plus postage at cost.
Delivery costs for overseas destinations are quoted for parcels weighing up to 10kg using the Parcelforce International economy rates. Final delivery charges will be calculated according to the exact weight, box measurements and insurance value and adjustments (either down or up) may be necessary to the quoted amount. We will always inform you by e-mail if an adjustment has been applied and we always try to arrange the cheapest, but most efficient method of transport for you order abroad. A £4.00 handling fee applies to all international deliveries.
Some products are not suitable to be mailed abroad using Parcelforce, and again, we will inform you.
Express Delivery and Large Item Delivery
Orders must be placed by telephone before 12 noon on weekdays to arrive on the next working day i.e. applies Monday to Friday. This service is subject to product availability, requires payment by credit or debit card and is only available for mainland UK delivery addresses.
For next day delivery add £6.00.
For 48-hour delivery add £4.00.
Saturday delivery add £10.00.
Please note that a 24 hour delivery order placed on Friday before 12 noon will be delivered the following Monday. And a 48 hour delivery request placed on Thursday before noon will also be delivered the following Monday. Different charges apply to Saturday deliveries. Placing a 24 hour & Saturday delivery order on a Friday before noon, incurs two additional delivery charges: one for 24 hours and the other for Saturday delivery, as above i.e. £16.00 additional charge.
In order to guarantee the delivery of Express orders on time you must ensure that there is someone available to sign for the parcel upon delivery, otherwise delays may occur.
More specific delivery times during the day can be arranged at an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
Product Descriptions
We have described our products as accurately as possible, but in certain instances colours, designs, size or materials may occasionally vary.
Please note that all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Prices include Value Added Tax at 17,5% where appropriate.
Assembly
Some furniture items require a certain amount of self-assembly. Care has been taken to design these items so that the assembly is minimal and as easy as possible.
Furniture
Large furniture items are made to order and may take up to 6 weeks from ordering to delivery. As these items are not stock items and specially made to order, they are not returnable. In the unlikely event of a fault within the item, it will be replaced either entirely or the faulty part, where appropriate.
Giftwrapping
Leave the wrapping to us! Each gift will be beautifully wrapped and tied with a ribbon. Please note that items of irregular size and/or shape cannot be giftwrapped.

Payment
If your payment is being made by cheque, we require your cheque to clear before processing your order.
We can only accept payment by Credit Card for international orders. Some items may be unsuitable for despatch outside the UK. Please note that local import duties and taxes may apply for international deliveries.
Return policy
We would like you to be delighted with your purchase from e-niko.
We will exchange or refund all unused items returned in their original, unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery of your order. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we follow a strictly no-quibble policy and will replace or refund such items returned within 28 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage.
Postage is non-refundable as it is a direct cost.
Certain made-to-order furniture items cannot be returned. This is clearly stated in the appropriate product’s description.
Catalogue requests
We mail catalogues to all U.K. addresses free of charge. We can send catalogues to any destination outside the U.K. and there is a charge of £3.00 per catalogue to cover mailing costs.
Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible customer service.
The only information we hold is : your name, your address, telephone number and e-mail address. Should this information change, please contact us to correct it or delete it.
